CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Cancellation Policy Your appointments are incredibly important to me, and I look forward to every opportunity to pamper your skin! Because I am a small business, I reserve a dedicated block of time just for you. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, someone else misses out on getting treated, and my small business takes a financial hit. I completely understand that life happens, schedules change, and emergencies come up. To help me keep things running smoothly, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Will incur a fee equal to [50%] of the scheduled service. No-shows (missing an appointment without notice): Will be charged [100%] of the service value.
